Breathing ?


Breathing is the biological process of inhaling and exhaling of the gases between the cells and the environment. proper breathing starts in the nose and then moves to the stomach as your diaphragm contracts, the belly expands and your lungs fill with air. "It is the most efficient way to breathe, as it pulls down on the lungs, creating negative pressure in the chest, resulting in air flowing into your lungs."



Parts of Breathing System ?

  1. Nose

  2. Mouth.

  3. Throat (pharynx)

  4. Voice box (larynx)

  5. Windpipe (trachea)

  6. Airways (bronchi)

  7. Lungs

Types of Breathing

  • Inspiration ( Inhale)

First phase of breathing is Inspiration (Inhale). it allow air to flow in the the lung. it allow air to flow in to the body cells. inhaling the air in smooth way. when you start taking deep breath in positive manner it helps to improve your mental health as well as physical health.



  • Expiration (Exhale)

Second Phase of breathing is Expiration (Exhale). it allow to air (Co2) exhale from the body in terms of carbon dioxide. which help us to feel relax. which helps to the human body for the proper air circulation



Why Deep breath is required for the human body?


If we don't take the proper breathing it causes so many health issues like respiration aches and pains, particularly around the head, neck and shoulders, may be caused in part by inefficient breathing.

Problem like Chronic Headaches, neck pain or upper back pain, numb and tingling hands might actually cause of by a respiratory issue.


Few sensations are as frightening as not being able to get enough air. Shortness of breath — known medically as dyspnea (is often described as an intense tightening in the chest, air hunger, difficulty breathing, breathlessness or a feeling of suffocation).

  1. Deep breath is the process which helps proper functioning of the air flow in our body.
